(Hons.) and Chartered Accountant, having rich national and international professional experience of above 14 years in the fields of – Accounts, Finance, Risk Assessment, Internal Audit, Internal Controls & systems, Costing, MIS, Implementation of SOX-404, Implementation of ERP and other computerization. International experience of about 8 years was with L N Mittal group of companies at Indonesia and Germany.
